Spring cleaning for me always means cleaning out my body. I love smoothies for their cleansing and nourishing properties, as well as to keep me hydrated and full throughout the day. The fruit in this smoothie has antioxidants, such as vitamin C and beta-carotene, and vitamins and minerals such as copper, zinc, and folate. The coconut is amazing too, and I like to crack open fresh coconuts, preserving the juice and meat, using both in the smoothie!
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 medium sized mango
- 1/2 cup coconut juice
- 2 tsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut meat
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
All you have to do is combine and blend all of the ingredients together! It's so easy to work this into your morning routine!
