Never Stop Exploring: Adventures in San Francisco!

This post is sponsored by Zappos. All opinions are my own.

When you work in a big city like San Francisco, it’s so easy to get caught among the high-rise buildings, constant traffic, and bustle of people around you. And while it’s always fun to try out the newest trendy coffee shop, shop downtown, or hit the gym, it’s even more exciting to find the hidden outdoor gems and explore the beautiful nature that’s intertwined into the urban backdrop. I had a friend visiting from out of town, and since he loves nature, I decided to plan a walking tour of some of the nicest hikes in the city. I’m excited to share with you some of these awesome views!

If you’re visiting San Francisco, one of my favorite places to hike is the Filbert Stairs up to Telegraph Hill and then back down through the Greenwich Stairs. Start off at Sansome St and enjoy the beautiful scenery! There are so many wonderful views of both the city and surrounding bay; you can see the bridges and beyond, along with interesting houses on the way!

To plan for my hike, I went on to shop for some new gear from The North Face. They’re known for their functional yet stylish pieces, perfect for my hike! I had less than a week before my friend was here, luckily Zappos is so quick that I got my clothes in 3 days! We explored all around the city and the shoes, and clothes were so comfortable that I was able to walk all day!

The Hedgehog Fastpack GTX shoes are awesome! Not only are they super comfortable, they have Vibram rubber soles which have a deep tread, perfect for climbing up steep hills and slopes where you need a lot of traction.

I got so many compliments on the Beyond the Wall Free Motion Bra for its style. It was also super comfortable, breathable, and kept me dry even when sweating when running up and down stairs!

I love these Everyday High-Rise Pants because they are perfect for hiking, city exploring, and casual fridays; they’re so versatile! They also are very flattering and have zippered pockets to store your gear!

I hope you guys check out this hike next time you’re in San Francisco and never stop exploring! Also check out The North Face at Zappos for some highly-recommended gear for your next adventure!

Thank you Derek for being such an awesome photographer and hiking buddy!
