It’s summer, and I love to make use of all of the summer fruits that are in season! This year I’ve been seeing a colorful and delicious harvest of cherries and strawberries and decided to make them into a refreshing and mouth-watering smoothie!
I always add Vital Proteins into my smoothies for the benefit of protein and collagen! It is great for healthy hair, skin, and nails, as well as building stronger muscles! Here’s my recipe, I hope you enjoy it this summer!
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Pitted Cherries
- 1 Frozen Banana (not pictured)
- 1/4 Cup Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup 0% Yogurt
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- Just blend and serve!
