Have A Protein Packed Morning!

A lot of people write to me about how it’s hard to get enough protein in their day. Protein is essential, especially for fit people who are trying to build or gain muscle. I like to make sure that I get enough protein at breakfast, because it’s the first meal of the day, and I work out in the morning! Protein-packed mornings don’t have to be boring; they can be so fun if you know how to make and dress your pancakes!

What’s great about Krusteaz’s new protein pancake mix is that it is to make, just add water! But if you want to add even MORE protein into your breakfast, you can add milk or eggs into the mix. To top it off, you can add yogurt, fruit, or even an egg to make it delicious and healthy.
