I know that macros can be very confusing, so I’ve created this tool to help you.
You MUST first get your target calories. With no value in the calories box, I can’t calculate your macros. Target calories are based on your TDEE. Eating more than this number will help you to bulk, or gain weight. Eating less means you will lose weight, and eating the same as your TDEE will maintain your current weight.
After you have calculated your calories, enter your name and email at the bottom and I will email your macros to you. Getting your macros is a great place to start, so you can begin building meal plans that will help you reach your goals!
