I’m in love with the coco!

Coconut is a yummy way to top off a berry smoothie! Coconut is sweet, and the smoothie is a bit tart so they’re like yin  and yang in your mouth! This is one of my favorite go-to recipes!

Blend the following:

  • Half cup of pomegranate seeds
  • Half cup of blueberries
  • Half cup of strawberries
  • Half of a freshly cut mango
  • Handful of kale
  • Teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Cup of apple juice
  • Handful of ice

Topped off with coconut and chia seeds.
