5 Minute Berry Smoothie

I Love You So Matcha! Check out my berry smoothie recipe featuring protein, matcha, and collagen. Why matcha and collagen you ask? Matcha is widely known for its powerful antioxidants and detoxification properties. Collagen is widely known for promoting healthy skin, nails, and hair, but it also helps with cardiovascular health and improves joint health. I use the matcha collagen from @vitalproteins to add a healthy boost into my already healthy smoothie to start the morning. My smoothie has a dose of healthy fat (from avocado), vitamins and minerals (from the berries and fresh squeezed orange juice), and protein (from the yogurt), and antioxidants and collagen (from my matcha collagen powder). Here’s how to make it!


1/2 cup yogurt

1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

2 cups frozen mixed berries

1 cup of milk (your choice)

1/2 Haas avocado1 scoop @VitalProteins matcha collagen

To make it: All you have to do is blend!
