Meal Plan – Week of January 9

Breakfast (9 am) – 🍳 Breakfast scramble (2 eggs, ground beef, parsley, tomato, red cabbage) and half a grapefruit
Lunch (12 pm) – 🌱🍅 Spinach, half a tomato, half an egg, and half an avocado (avo tip: to keep it from turning brown squeeze lemon juice on it!), red cabbage, carrots, and shredded chicken
Dinner (6:30 pm) – 🍗 6 oz chicken breast cooked in instapot, @iloveorganicgirl greens and red cabbage
Snack 1 (2 pm) – 😋 Almond and macadamia nut mix
Snack 2 (5 pm) – 🍌 💛 @womensbest strawberry protein shake, banana
Snack 3 (7:30 pm) – 💪About a cup of blueberries
